I assume you've had helmet hair before but have you ever had Helmet Hare our new single origin from Finca Los Conejos, Guatamala?

The farm, Finca Los Conejos is named after the farm's cherished pet rabbits that helped uncover a hidden coffee plantation, with applied science the farmers were able to rescue the crop and nurture the plants back to life. They now yield the best fruits possible.

Located in the town of Santa Rosa de Lima in the Santa Rosa department, just a short distance from Guatemala City. Santa Rosa is one of the oldest coffee growing regions in the country, starting coffee cultivation as early as the 1850’s. Dotted with volcanos throughout the region, the remnants of previous eruptions have created rich volcanic soils perfect for coffee production.

Some people wear helmets for work others wear helmets for play. This coffee will give you something extra to think about. Consume before you put your helmet on for the day.

I have found this  coffee to be versatile and ready for whatever brewing process you prefer. If you are unfamiliar working with lighter roasted coffees I recommend brewing at a higher temperature than normal. The roast is Nordic.
