I roasted up all my coffees and tasted them individually beforeĀ combining the chosen offerings into this masterfully crafted post-roast blend. This blend consists of a lovely anaerobic coffee from Honduras which you may order on its own by clicking here.Ā Additionally an equal split of two washed coffee offerings is added. One of the coffees being from Guatemala and the other from Vietnam. I use these to tone down the punch of the anaerobic process found in the coffee from Honduras. This is a true gift of love.
This is a super fun blend that sets itself apart from the rest. Very playful, vibrant, & juicy.Ā I have found the coffee to be versatile and ready for whatever brewing process you prefer. If you are unfamiliar working with lighter roasted coffees I recommend brewing at a higher temperature than normal. The roast is Nordic.

The beans come in home compostable packaging aka backyard compostable (yes including the valve). To participate, remove tin tie & stickers (garbage). Compost the rest as normal.Ā Please refrain from putting the bag in your city's yard waste bin as commercial compost is not available in most areas.Ā (Shipping packaging is currently not compostable but may be recyclable. Look for the ā»ļø logo.)
