Can I subscribe to more than one coffee?
Yes. Add your coffees in one checkout and choose the same frequency for the same delivery schedule. Already have separate subscriptions? Email beans@naomijoecoffee.com and we’ll help combine them into one delivery.
How does subscription shipping work?
Eligible US coffee orders of $85 or more ship free, excluding Big Joe 5 lb bags and wholesale. Choose the coffee quantities and delivery frequency that work best for you. Combining coffees into one delivery can help you reach the free-shipping threshold. Changing your coffee, quantity, or delivery address may affect shipping charges. Review your updated subscription total or confirm shipping at checkout.
Will the coffee change?
Incline, Summit and Paradise feature rotating coffees. Each series page shows the current release. With Foundation, you choose Everyday Joe, low-caf Disco Juice or decaf Zero Proof. Prices may vary between releases.
Can I skip, pause or change my subscription?
Yes. Sign in to your account to skip a delivery, pause or cancel, or change your coffee, quantity and frequency. Coffees grouped in one subscription share a schedule. Restarting may charge you immediately. If you’ve already requested an immediate order, check your upcoming billing date before restarting, or contact us for help.
Can I pick up a subscription?
Subscriptions are delivered by shipping. For pickup, place a one-time coffee order.
