Subscription Ordering Details

Shipping Date: Orders ship by Friday each week.

Charge Date: Subscriptions are charged at checkout for the first order. For future subscription renewals, charges will be processed on the Sunday before your scheduled fulfillment date.

Coffee Subscription Gifting Instructions: To gift a subscription, start by building the coffee subscription you want to give. At checkout, enter the recipient’s address to calculate the correct shipping cost. Take the total, including shipping, and multiply it by the number of deliveries you’d like to cover. Then, purchase a gift card for that amount and use it to buy the subscription for your recipient. When checking out for the subscription be sure to use the reciptents email address so they can recieve updates on their orders.

Coffee Grinding: We can grind your coffee upon request. By default, all bags are sealed and shipped as whole bean. If grinding is requested, bags may arrive pre-opened, and some coffee loss may occur. Paradise Series cans cannot be ground.
