Our series evolve with the coffees we’re excited to roast. Each pack links to the coffee currently shipping. If that coffee changes while we prepare your order, we’ll reach out for your approval.

We roast throughout the week to keep your coffee fresh.
Ship across the U.S.
Allow 3–5 business days for preparation, plus shipping time. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For orders over approximately 38 lb, request a shipping quote below.
Pick up in Tacoma
Usually ready within 2–4 business days. We prepare orders Monday–Friday. Once you receive your ready-for-pickup email, you can collect your order during café hours, including weekends.
Monday Tacoma delivery
Free Monday delivery to eligible Tacoma addresses. Order by Wednesday at 10 a.m. Pacific to help us schedule your order for the following Monday.
