Now in its third year, Cherry Blossom continues to showcase modern processing techniques in an exciting and vibrant blend. This year’s release combines a berry co-ferment, Elkin Guzman’s anaerobic thermal shock Tabi, and a beautifully fermented Brazilian coffee.
The result is a luxurious, fruit-forward cup with rich chocolate-covered cherry notes, creamy caramel sweetness, and a velvety, full body. Delicate floral undertones round out the finish, making this blend a true standout.
This coffee is versatile and works well with all brewing methods.
Coffee Grinding: We can grind your coffee upon request. By default, all bags are sealed and shipped as whole bean. If grinding is requested, bags may arrive pre-opened, and some coffee loss may occur. Paradise Series cans cannot be ground.
