Summit Series: A Futuristic Blend Built by Naomi Joe
Watermelon Crush is our newest futuristic blend, built around one simple idea: what happens when you take one of our loudest coffees and use it as an ingredient?
At the center is Watermelon Gummy, our intensely expressive watermelon co-ferment blend. We pair it with a juicy natural coffee from West Guji, Ethiopia, then ground everything with a clean washed Colombian coffee.
Together, the three coffees create something entirely different from any of them on their own. Watermelon leads the way, followed by the delicate fruit and floral character of rosé, while a surprising toasted rice note brings warmth and depth to the finish.
Watermelon Crush is exactly what our Summit Series is built for: using exceptional coffees as ingredients to create something that doesn’t exist on its own.
This coffee is versatile and shines across all brewing methods.
