Paradise Series: Brayan Alvear – Las Palmas
Step into the extraordinary with our Paradise Series, where only the most exceptional coffees earn their place. This limited-edition release showcases the work of Brayan Alvear, a dedicated producer from San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia, whose passion for coffee runs as deep as the roots of his family's farm, Las Palmas.
Brayan's coffee is a testament to tradition and innovation, blending time-honored cultivation with co-fermentation using fruits—a process that elevates each bean to its highest potential. Grown at 1,400–1,600 meters, his Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties develop into a complex cup with notes of brown spice, berries, caramel, citric acid, lime, and white chocolate. Carefully processed with the expertise of Forest Green Coffee and the Ancla facility, this coffee is nothing short of a masterpiece.
Offered in 125g cans, this is more than coffee—it’s an invitation to experience the magic of San Adolfo, Huila in its purest, most vibrant form. Indulge in the story, the craft, and the unparalleled flavor that make this Paradise Series release a true gem.
This coffee is versatile and works well with all brewing methods.
