Subscription Ordering Details

Shipping

• Most coffee orders ship for $6–$10.
• Orders of $85+ ship free.
• Any available free shipping offers are automatically applied at checkout.
• Orders roasted weekly & ship by Friday each week.

Subscription Pickup Policy:

• Coffee subscriptions are available for shipping only and are not eligible for local pickup.
• Local customers who prefer to choose their coffees as needed are encouraged to visit the café and shop in person.

Billing:

• Your first subscription order is charged at checkout.
• Future subscription renewals are charged on the Sunday before your scheduled fulfillment date.

Managing Your Subscription

• You can update, skip, pause, or manage your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

Gifting a Subscription

• Build the subscription you'd like to give and enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout to calculate shipping costs.
• Multiply the total order cost, including shipping, by the number of deliveries you'd like to cover.
• Purchase an online gift card covering the number of deliveries you'd like to provide.
• Use the gift card to purchase the subscription for your recipient.
• Be sure to use the recipient's email address during checkout so they receive order updates and subscription notifications.

Coffee Grinding: 

• Coffee is packaged as whole bean by default.
• Grinding is available upon request.
• Paradise Series cans and Big Joe Pantry Coffee cannot be ground.
