Can I subscribe to more than one coffee?
Yes. Add your coffees in one checkout and choose the same frequency for the same delivery schedule. Already have separate subscriptions? Email beans@naomijoecoffee.com and we’ll help combine them into one delivery.
How does subscription shipping work?
Eligible coffee orders of $85 or more ship free, excluding Big Joe 5 lb bags and wholesale. Choose the amount and frequency that suit your routine; larger deliveries less often can help you reach $85. Check the shipping shown at checkout.
Will the coffee change?
Incline, Summit and Paradise feature rotating coffees. Each series page shows the current release. With Foundation, you choose Everyday Joe, low-caf Disco Juice or decaf Zero Proof. Prices may vary between releases.
Can I skip, pause or change my subscription?
Yes. Sign in to your account to skip a delivery, pause or cancel, or change your coffee, quantity and frequency. Coffees grouped in one subscription share a schedule. Review the total when making changes; restarting a subscription may charge you immediately.
Can I pick up a subscription?
Subscriptions are delivered by shipping. For pickup, place a one-time coffee order.
