Organic certified coffee from a collection of smallholder farms known as Finca Chirimoya. The collective banded together in 2018 to further highlight the essence of the region, push sustainability efforts, and enrich the soil in the area. They established their own wet mill to centralize their post-harvest processing and utilize modern innovation to provide consistent and clean-tasting coffee. This particular lot underwent a 24 hour fermentation process before pulping, another 36 hour anaerobic fermentation, and final washing process before drying. The flavors in cup present a remarkable fruitiness, deep chocolate undertones, and zestiness like an orange peel.

This coffee is versatile and works well with all types of brewing processes.
