These "grandfather" coffee varietals (SL28/SL34) were grown over 2000 meters above sea level at the Imani farm owned by Derek Mbugua. The SL28 and SL34 varietals are known for their high quality cup characteristics and resistance to drought. We find that the natural process highlights a pleasant tropical fruit acidity and toasted nut flavor that is absolutely irresistable!

This coffee is versatile and works well with all types of brewing processes.
