Think Plum, Candied Nut, & Dried Fruit

I roasted up all my coffees and tasted them individually before combining the chosen offerings into this masterfully crafted post-roast blend. This blend consists of a lovely natural coffee from Ethiopia. Additionally, an equal split of two washed coffee offerings is added. One of the coffees being from Guatemala, and the other is from Vietnam. I use these to tone down the punch of the natural process coffee from Ethiopia. This is a true gift of love.

This is a super fun blend that sets itself apart from the rest. Very playful, vibrant, & juicy. I have found the coffee versatile and ready for whatever brewing process you prefer. If you are unfamiliar working with lighter roasted coffees, I recommend brewing at a higher temperature than normal.
