Step into the extraordinary with our Paradise Series, where only the most exceptional coffees earn their place. This limited-edition release showcases the work of Elkin Guzman, an industry leader in coffee innovation and the steward of El Mirador Farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia.
Elkin’s Catiope and Bourbon varieties thrive at 1,550–1,700 meters and are carefully processed using a unique Spring Washed method. Through a meticulous 330-hour, multi-stage fermentation that includes a sourdough culture and the slow drying of cherries in thin layers, this coffee captures the essence of the Huila terroir with remarkable clarity and sweetness.
Expect a radiant cup with notes of yellow fruits, floral undertones, honey, and citrus, grounded by a creamy body and a long, molasses-like finish. Precision and experimentation define this release, making it a true representation of what the Paradise Series stands for.
