Elkin’s Catiope and Bourbon varieties thrive at 1,550–1,700 meters and are carefully processed using a unique Spring Washed method. Through a meticulous 330-hour, multi-stage fermentation that includes a sourdough culture and the slow drying of cherries in thin layers, this coffee captures the essence of the Huila terroir with remarkable clarity and sweetness.
Expect a radiant cup with notes of yellow fruits, floral undertones, honey, and citrus, grounded by a creamy body and a long, molasses-like finish. Precision and experimentation define this release, making it a true representation of what the Paradise Series stands for.
