Watermelon Gummy returns for another summer with an updated recipe built around two of Colombia's most playful experimental coffees.
The foundation comes from Brayan Alvear's Watermelon Process Caturra at Las Palmas, where carefully controlled fermentations are paired with a watermelon culture to produce an incredibly clean yet intensely juicy cup. It's then blended with Candy Blast from Forest Coffee, an experimental honey-process coffee crafted to push bright watermelon candy, white peach sweetness, and bubblegum-like aromatics even further.
The result tastes exactly like the name suggests. Watermelon candy leads the way, followed by bright stone fruit sweetness and a nostalgic bubblegum finish. It's playful, unmistakable, and one of the most fun coffees we've roasted this year.
Offered in 125 g cans, this is a limited Paradise Series release built for people chasing the outer edge of what coffee can taste like.
