Fulfillment
Allow up to 5 business days for shipping preparation, plus transit time. We keep roasted inventory lean to bring you fresh coffee.
Usually ready within 2–4 business days. We prepare orders Monday–Friday. Once you receive your ready-for-pickup email, you can collect your order during café hours, including weekends.

Free Monday wholesale delivery within eligible core Tacoma ZIP codes. Order by Wednesday at 10 a.m. Pacific to help us plan for the following Monday. Later orders may be accommodated depending on workload.
Can I request ground coffee?
Retail bags and cans are not available ground. Grinding requests for larger service bags are subject to confirmation.
Ordering more than 38 lb?
For orders over approximately 38 lb, use our custom order-request form for shipping or freight coordination.
What if a seasonal coffee changes?
If a seasonal coffee changes before fulfillment, we’ll contact you to confirm the replacement works for you.
