Our series rotate as seasonal coffees arrive. The coffees listed here are our current offerings. If a selection changes before we fulfill your order, we will contact you to confirm the replacement works for you before shipping or preparing your order for pickup or delivery.
Ordering and fulfillment
We keep roasted inventory lean and roast throughout the week around overall demand. We do not assign a specific roast date to each order.
Whole bean. Retail-size bags and cans are not available ground. Grinding requests for larger service bags may be included in your order notes or custom request and are subject to confirmation.
Please allow 3–5 business days for shipping preparation, plus carrier transit time. Most wholesale pickup orders are ready in about 5 business days; some may take longer depending on workload. We’ll confirm when yours is ready. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting.
For local delivery or pickup, place wholesale packs in a separate order from regular coffee, subscriptions and partner-shipped products. Combining these items can change the delivery options available at checkout. Subscriptions and partner-shipped products ship only.

Free Monday wholesale delivery within our eligible core Tacoma ZIP codes. Order by Wednesday at 10 a.m. Pacific to help us plan for the following Monday. We may be able to accommodate later orders depending on workload.
